During a family vacation at Massanutten Resort in Virginia, 4-year-old Dominic Brown wandered into the nearby woods to play. But when he returned, he wasn’t alone. Dominic’s mom, Stephanie Brown, was inside their vacation rental grabbing a few items from the fridge when she heard the sound of small footsteps behind her. Turning around, she was stunned to find her son and a fawn standing side by side in the doorway — like it was the most natural thing in the world.
